Most electronic devices are like that... "It looks so crap! Ah, it's pointless." But everyone buys it anyway...

I'm not an apple fan at all.
I just think the phonepod touch is awesome, what with the touch screen and games and all!
I even got pokemon on it!!!
I mean c'mon, pokemon!
It's all I do in school now....

Re: I've joined the bandwagon.
Nice!!! I didn't know you could get games like that on it...
I preordered SoulSilver, so you might be able to as well and get it on your phone when it comes out.

Re: I've joined the bandwagon.
I imagine Nintendo will release the ones that they no longer make on the previous, non-selling handheld consoles. The DS ones wont be done. And if it's emulator.... Well, DS emulators are quite difficult as it is.... and what with it being DUAL SCREEN, the image will be tiny on the phonepod

Re: I've joined the bandwagon.
The phonepod screen is actually quite large.
The touch screen can be quite accurate but does not really work with a stylus so most games would not quite work.
But pokemon could function perfectly.
Just the programming that would go into making it would most likely be difficult.

Lol we're really dragging this topic out.
Who would've known we'd get so much out of the phonepod touch topic

Pokemon Gold was one of the best Pokemon Games ever... Well, actually, it's probably one of the only Pokemon Games I've played

Re: I've joined the bandwagon.
Well if it's one of the only ones you've played, you can hardly be trusted to say it's one of the best.
As someone who's played Blue, Red, Green, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Crystal, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Leaf Green, Fire Red and whichever one Rob has, my opinion is more educated on this one.
My favourite game is either Leaf Green or Emerald. Though Gold is quite good
And I've only played some of em on emulators I suppose I wouldn't know fully but it's pokémon so I doubt it makes a difference.

Re: I've joined the bandwagon.
I do predict HeartGold and SoulSilver to be one of the best so far (obviously, as things normally get better as time goes on)
The games were pretty good the first time round. But I would have to say my fav is Platinum. Blue/Red were okay, but obviously being in the 90s meant the graphics and stuff weren't great but Yellow was the better of that era, Silver/Gold were really good, they had a much larger world, where you get more involved and then you basically got to play Pokemon Red/Blue anyway. Never played Crystal, I believe there isn't much difference to the others though. Ruby/Saphire were AWESOME! I did love these games, played my Ruby game for HOURS! (700 of them) and there was more plot to it, Emerald I hadn't played was meant to be better. FireRed/LeafGreen in my, weren't that great. It was the exact same game until you finished the elite four, and even then, there was no direction other than those islands which didn't have much on them. Then Diamon/Pearl, much better, being able to steal all your pokemon onto it, and the large sprawling first world *smacks lips* and then Platinum had a more in-depth plot to it than Pearl and Diamond. So Platinum is my favourite so far (despite having some of the fewest play hours (finished the plot part and then cba in moving ALL my pokemon from Diamond To Plat)) then ruby then gold/silver. The latter of the 3 only being let down because of it's ancient technology. So, HeartGold and SoulSilver are going to devastate us all!

Re: I've joined the bandwagon.
SoulSilver and HeartGold should stun and amaze, it comes with the pedometer as well. So you can literally walk around and train your pokemon!!!
SoulSilver is the first game I've ever pre-ordered, and I'm proud of this fact!!! The Lugia figurine looks pwnsome!
My mom loses points, we were standing in front of an advertisement for SS/HG, and I asked her which looked cooler, Ho-oh or Lugia. She said she liked Ho-oh better because it looked like a pheonix... Lugia >>>>>>>>>>> Pheonix and Ho-oh.

Ehh I like Ho-Oh better. I don't really have a reason, but, Lugia is just weird in some ways >.<
